We challenged listeners to send in a bigger zucchini! Roxann from Mantua stepped up with this zucchini that her son Steven is holding. She also included this tasty recipe:
"If you skin this and cut it up in small cubes then add a little olive oil to pan and put a lid on it....let it cook until soft then add garlic and wheat pasta my family loves it!"
