Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 pounds Chicken wings
1/2 cup Light soy sauce
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 cup Honey
2 cloves Garlic -- minced
1 1/2 tsp Fresh ginger -- minced
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375°F.
2) Season chicken with 1 tsp pepper and garlic powder.
3) Place chicken in a 9x13-inch baking dish lined with heavy duty foil, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes.
4) Drain fat.
5) Mix the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, ginger, and pepper and pour over the chicken. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until sauce is caramelized. Turn chicken once.
